RYAN BLACK
Ryan co-founded Perimeter Commercial Real Estate in 2014 and is responsible for the company’s day to day operations. Ryan Black specializes in Landlord representation and repositioning of distressed assets of office/retail properties. He brings over 18 years of real estate, marketing and finance experience to Perimeter.
Before starting Perimeter Commercial Real Estate, Ryan worked for several national companies providing financing for various real estate products. He worked for Bank of America as a Regional Sales Manager responsible for production in a six state area and was recognized as a top producer. With his expertise in the real estate industry and sales experience, Ryan can help you whether you are looking to buy, sell or lease commercial real estate.
Ryan earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Boulder. He currently lives in Marietta with his wife and three children.
